Can wisdom and perserverance end the generational curses of fear and ignorance that forever taint our true progress as a nation?

It may help kill it a bit, but it's a "heart" matter too. Unless a person's heart and mind can agree....there will always be disagreement and stereotyping. Maybe knowledge will continue to help people to have matching hearts someday. We can only hope.

Yes and no. Yes because there people who are reasonable and humble and willing to accept the fact of how things truely are but there will always be others who are stubborn and ignorant and refuse to accept reality due to how they feel or because of how they are raised believe how things should be.

No, because people accept stereotypes rather than knowledge. That*s easier.

Knowledge is an illusion, but it is a better path to understanding than ignorance. If people didn't act like their stereotype, it wouldn't perpetuate.
