i know it's around 369 but i looked up something and it said something like 686 so how many are there really and can someone answer my trehexenium problem.

so isotopes are listed in the periodic table now, great! even more confusing.

It looks like you are counting all the isotopes. If you count the element as having a definite atomic number, I doubt whether that many are there. I know the number is about 113, though natural elements are only 92. Element 93 and beyond are called transuranium elements.

there are 118 elements, 92 naturally occuring. 26 are man-made.
