Both are equal but according to circustances like demand & supply whichever is more in demand becomes the greater asset and we should use this asset according and therefore for this judgement once again we require the mental ability therefore the conclusion is we require both the abilities to a certain level then only we could be using either of them.

It was an appropriate typo from you - metal (Minds of Steel) ability. Everything can be achieved with our minds. We win or lose in the mind, we make or break wiht our minds first. So I would vote with those who vote for the Mental Ability. One with Mental ability would can easily make up for Physical lack by leveraging the strengths of those who have it.
