can anyone answer the google site answer ?

when we search something through google.com, the words that have been typed in the search bar, remains there in some sort of memory, on new search, previous searched words are shown through drop down menu. is there any method to delete our previous search from the search bar or google site or from my computer ?

If you are referring to the AutoComplete, then to turn on or off auto complete in Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Content tab, and then click the AutoComplete button. Use this to either switch on or switch off auto complete feature!!

But if you are referring to the address bar then, you can remove an item from the list of suggestions by clicking the item and then pressing the DELETE key.

Yes, just clear your history.
right click on IE icon -> properties ->delete history.
THis helps. try it out...

IN YAHOO THERE IS A OPTION TO CLEAR THIS , BUT NOT AWARE WITH OPTIONS IN GOOGLE, CHECK IT
