Now that Simon (be still my beating heart) Cowell has booted Louis Walsh out of the next x factor series as a judge and there is talk of them having 4 judges instead of 3, who would you want on the panel and why?

Paula Abdul - she's great on the panel, really like her. I'd really like someone else, like Simon, who would be honest to the contestants. People don't realise this, but by telling them they're not good and that they shouldn't be singing, he's stopping some of the talentless contestants from getting their hopes up about a possible music career.

It's sad the way people think THEY can make a career and think it'll be easy to get into the contest, just because music artists make it look so easy. I pity them, it must be so hard to be turned away when you think you can make a go of it.

I think they should have Nicky Chapman on she's done the job before and she isn't patronising or mean too the hopefull wanabe singers.
I don't think Louis Walsh should have gone either as he has a nice way about him too.
Ant and Dec would be funny to have as judges too.they have been singers aswell so they know what to look out for

Tell me tell me, have they booted off Mrs O too? I can't abide the show. Actually thats a lie, when its in the early stages and showing the really terrible ones, I do laugh! but then I feel guilty cos its like having a laugh at some poor soul who is under the impression they can sing. I think its more of a pity laugh and I'm embarrassed for them.

I always liked Nicky Chapman. She is a fair and kind person on the panel (earlier series). She is also lovely to look at with a gorgeous face and figure. I look out for her on other programmes and will watch anything with her in.
I remember when she was in the show jumping programme and she was thrown off the horse and injured herself quite badly. When she was able to get up, her first thought was for the welfare of the horse.

None of them I'm afraid. It's an evil programme and Simon Cowell's ego doesn't need any more inflating!!

I didn't know that he'd dumped Louis! Wow, what you learn on this website!! I think we need someone genuinely funny on board to liven it all up a bit, perhaps Paul O'Grady and Buster?!
