Pay 1% of the money to the best Financial Advisor and invest 50% and make it grow. Out of the rest, donate 10% personally, spend 20% on family or loved ones in a meaningful manner and make them smile, use 10% on myself & indulge without a guilt, and the rest 10% odd, i would use it to slightly improve my lifestyles.

Pay off my debts. Pay off my sister's debts. Create a trust fund for my niece. Invest for my retirement. Help my aunt set up a no-kill animal shelter. Bring my family to China (I live there) for vacation.

i will donate minimum 25% to poor and needy.
Then I will make my near and dear ones comfortable.
I will travel where ever possible and enjoy . I love traveling.

i would invest it in a business to make profit out of that money, besides it would benefit my offsprings, they wouldn't have to earn a living for the rest of their lives as they would inherit that business after me...
