I would like to add that watching what you eat and watching the reaction of your body is very important. I cannot eat raw onions for instance and corn makes me hurt badly, so everyone has to try and see what makes the situation worse and eat accordingly. There are no home remedies for gastritis unfortunately, even though if you go to a herbal pharmacy they might offer some things, but I found out that its mostly what I eat that causes the problems and whether I am stressed.

I have issues with gastritis myself and one of the things that I do is try to be careful not to eat food that is very greasy because if I do it often enough it will aggrivate my gastritis.
