The solution is incredibly simple: Calories in are less than calories out. In other words, the calories in the food and drinks that you consume have to be less than the calories you burn every day.
The way to input less calories? Eat less high-fat or sweet foods, and eat more vegetables, fruits, and lean meats and fish.
The way to burn calories? Exercise. (Short term, your body will use fat to create energy; long-term, the muscles you develop will use more calories from your food and you'll simply burn more just sitting there at your desk.)
For everyone, the ratio is different. Try going to fitday.com to keep track of your intake/output, and you'll be able to figure out what calorie intake is right for your lifestyle.
Fad diets don't work long-term. No diet will work for very long unless you exercise.

For obese people: take a teaspoon of cinnamon powder , mix it with honey and have it twice a day and notice the difference. You can cut down on sweets, oily foods. whenever you want to eat sumthing grab fruits. Carrots have 0% fat content. You must exercise by playing sports like badminton, swimming, cricket or even by using the threadmill.
Good Luck!!

Cut fat, drink plenty of water, eat lot of fruits & vegetables, stay off meat & rice and sweets strictly; and walk ATLEAST one hour a day. If you do this for one month - strictly and sincerely, you can see the results. No workouts needed. And yes, take one multivitamin capsule every week. Thats all it takes to lose weight.

good diet and a lot of cardio. don't bother with weights. PLEASE don't waste money on personal trainers. they don't do ****. you can find all exercises online. cardio burns the fat between the skin and muscles. eg. you can have a 6 pack bigger than mine that wont show as well as mine will just because you have more body fat. you can turn muscle into fat but most of your exercise should be cardio! nutrition is 70%

Simple...stop eating.
If you are overweight you are eating too much for your needs.
I eat on a small plate...and I only eat one plateful...and you can try that too...Never snack...and cut out all fizzy drinks..
Look at all the asians who live on less than a handful of rice a day...and then see how much you put on your plate...
