Don't become so indispensable that no one can afford you lose you to a promotion.

I don't get the correct perception in your view about Perspiration. If that is about "leaving" or "Exclude" then i can say that Taking inspiration in and Excreting the fears and hurdles for success of that particular business.
There lies the success i feel.

I have seen far more folks I've worked with perspire then inspire. If manager and companies focused more on the inspiration more folks would mind the perspiration!

If you were to view "the secret", you'd see that you can succeed without 'perspiration'. I've proven it already.
Everyone believes they MUST WORK HARD to succeed in business. What you need to do is to WORK SMART.
