anywhere that is not going to be levelled for the Olympics in east london?

Depends on your trade, ranging from Street worker to burger flipper? it's location dependant.

It totally depends on the business.

If you are reliant on customers visiting you and passing trade )retail) then a prominent high street location will be best. Somewhere with alot of footfall and easy access / parking.

If you are office based (consultancy) then anywhere will do so long as you are relitively close to a major road network for clients / couriers etc.

If cost is an issue, can the business exist online? This will be the most cost effective with minimal start up costs.
