Listening to music is good for us. Our brains produce a chemical P that is like a painkiller. When my grandma was dying of cancer her doctor had her listen to classical music to help her pain and she swore it helped her. The cancer society has some information about music and pain. Good stuff.

Music is the one thing that a person can have in excess and it is completely harmless. Music has the ability to give life to people, I am a huge music fan, I do crave music of any kind. I'm pretty sure I couldn't live without it. I really think that it saves lives in a way that nothing else can. Love the music, rock on.
