Its easy! first you need to have a Mozilla Firefox web browser
(you can get at www.mozilla.com (no adware, spyware and virus free) and then go to tools (at the top bar) and click ad-ons.
At the bottom of the new screen, you will see (get themes) click on that and a new website will com in a different tab. Scroll down and you will find a dropdown arrow that says (just themes)
click on the arrow and click (all add-ons) and then type (unplug).
Then you will se a picture of a green fish. click the blue type (un plug) . scroll down, and click (install now)
Once its installed, restart firefox, and go to your youtube video. then click tools, then un_plug. it will take you to a different screen. click the links and download. Beware, you can not watch it unless you have an FLV player (flash video)

I really hope that you can expound more on this but what I usually do if you tube doesn't work is to copy the embedd code and paste it on a testimonial on friendster,then click preview to watch

go to www.keepvid.com then copy the URL code of the video and paste it on the site then click "download" with your preferred file.
For me I download as an FLV file and convert to MP4 through Videora IPOD converter (which is also free to download)

You can't download off of this site. You can create a profile and add the things on there that you like but you can't download.
There are links there so that you can add the videos to somewhere like "Myspace" or ''Hi5'' but that's about it.
