i am not insecure of her because my husband choose me instead of her...it's just that she have all the nerves to tell that to me..

Why don't you admit to her, or at least to yourself, that you are insecure or have some issues about it? If you did not, I really don't think that this is the question that you would feel so absolutely needed to be addressed by the Yahoo world....

After getting over how ridiculous a statement that is, when you stop laughing don't respond further. Since it's not true, why are you making such a big deal about it? Let her say and think what she wants. She's the one with the problem not you. If she contines to bring it up, avoid her. She doesn't sound worth the hassle and quite frankly, there isn't a nice response to that kind of idiocy.
Now, if it's true, you'll probably find something to say and argue and your argument will just further her belief that you're insecure when it comes to her.

I would have said, "oh sweetie, that's so sad. You're delusional if that's what you think. Geez, I really feel sorry for you" and then walk away. Even if she keeps talking, just keep walking away and shake your head.
hehehehehe. Can you tell that I've been there more than a few times in similar situations with females?
Always maintain your cool when something like that happens and never let it show on your face that it bothers you. That's what they are really looking for is the physical reaction, not the verbal.

If it happens again, just smile at her & shake your head back and forth. You don't have to say anything else. She's trying to get a response from you so she can launch a verbal attack. She is just crying over sour grapes. Avoid her and all will pass you by.
