I have a pleco, a 24-karat gold molly and 2 dalmation mollys in a five gallon tank. Their poop has been about 1-1.5 inches lately. Am I overfeeding them ?

Your tank is way overstocked. Mollies get to 6 inches and common plecos get a few feet. Your fish produce too much bioload for too little water. They won't last long.
As for the poop, livebearers have a tendency to have really long poop. So long as its brown or the color of the food, don't worry about it.

Only long poop I have seen is on fish is gold fish. Your tank does have to many fish in it.
