will one be able to watch the MLB Extra Innings package on Cablevision this year?

Will Cablevision be one of the providers of this package in addition to DirectTV?

I just read an article on MLB.com that said an agreement between Major League Baseball and DirecTV is pending, in which DirecTV would be the exclusive carrier of the Extra Innings package. So, if this passes FCC approval, you'd have to be a DirecTV customer to get the package.
