Same things happening to me this month, and it's happened to me before. You're probably NOT pregnant. You might be under stress or something, that usually messes up with your period cycle sometimes. If you even had your period for a day, you should be alright.

I wouldn't worry about it...the same thing is happening to me right now. I just took my 4th sugar pill and I have 3 remaining, and I haven't gotten my period yet. But it's starting to kinda spot a little, so it's ok. Usually I have mine for about 4 days, and I usually would've started yesterday.

Hi there, I was on microgynon 30. for eight years.

Did you miss a pill?

I sometimes bled for 1 day, sometimes 4, and sometimes I would not bleed right until I was meant to start taking my next pack.

I wasn't worried about it.

They say that if you miss a pill, this could happen, you may also not have a period, EVEN if you have taken them properly.
It is perfectly normal.

The chances that you could be pregnant is 1%. That 1% is quite rare on the pill.
If you have had sickness, diarrhea, taking antibiotics, then yes you could get preg, and also if you miss a pill.

This is quite normal.
If you are still worried make an appointment to see your GP, and they will help you with any questions.

Your probably not pregnant, as long as you've took the whole pill pack, every day as normal without having any illness such as stomach upset or vomiting, and you're not on antibiotics.
Contraceptive pills, in normal conditions, make your period more regular, not irregular, but your human & you might be run down, stressed etc.
Contraceptive pills are also known to lighten your period significantley. But if your worried, a pregnancy kit costs a lot less than the stress you'll cause yourself worying about it.

If you have had sex then there is always a chance you could be as no birth control is 100% effective.
You should do a home test and/or see a doctor to put your mind to rest one way or the other and make future plans.
This has happened to me before when I have taken a pill late during the month - I wasn't pregnant.
But please test or see a doctor we are all different.

The first thing you need to know is that birth control pills cause irregular periods. They can really mess up your cycle or make your periods go away all together. That's just one reason I don't recommend them.

If you don't have a clear understanding of how your medication works and all the side effects it can cause, you should discuss it with your doctor or with your pharmacist.

Sometimes we feel intimidated at the doctor's office or don't want everyone in line at the pharmacist to hear us, but you can call. Never take any medication unless you understand how it's going to effect you and your body.

So call your doctor or pharmacist and ask. If they recommend a pregnancy test, then take it, but call them and find out before you worry so much. Take care.
