I had a pretty empty life until I discovered wildlife rescue. Now, every day has real meaning! I feel like I contribute something back to this world that a lot of other people just can't do. Most of my money and time goes to my animals, but the reward I get in return is ten-fold! There's just no such thing as a lazy day at my house! But sometimes that can be a really good thing! If I am feeling down I still have to get up, go out, and take care of the critters. So there's no time for self-pity! Now I wouldn't trade my life for anyone else's.
