Can anyone please tell me the reasons why I may not enjoy nursing or why others in this field feel burntout or is not happy at all.

Any job you get has it's up's and down's.
You should not let a job burn you out if that is what you feel your purpose is. It takes a good hearted person to be a good nurse, when people are sick they already feel bad. so your not there just to treat them but also to care. Not everyone should be in the medical Field just because there smart enough, people that are sick need care if your heart is there you have a good gift.
(No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care).

Nursing is a very noble calling, and if you love to help other people, I am sure that you will get pleasure each time you help someone,or see someone go home after your care, or see a baby born, and a million other things, I am sure you will love it, forever.
