I have been looking all over for one. I know about Blingee but I hate the logo they put on out pics. If someone knows where I could add clouds thats a plus. Thank you.

the best alternative is gimp for window or the linux version.if you have linux use that version, but if not use the ms version and you'll get that at :

Adding "sparkles and clouds" sounds absolutely hideous. But, if you want to go ahead, I'd use a pic editor. A lot of those aren't going to be free. You might take a look on tucows.com and do a search on graphics or picture editors to find a program you like, and maybe you'll get lucky on one with a shareware or free license (or maybe a full version with a temporary license.)
