I am going to assume you did not intentionally feed her mac and cheese. dairy product do not digest well in reptiles they should not drink milk. it is probably curdling in her small intestine and that is why she has gas. I could find nothing on pasta but I would assume thats probably not the best for them either. but it should be easier to digest than cheese. be prepared for some nasty poo. call a vet to varify but I doubt anything bad will happen. monitor her output and make shure she goes poo. also make sure she is still eating. I doubt that this can cause impaction. but be safe call a herp vet they will probably get a laugh at your expence but hey best to be safe. iggy's will eat almost anything that smells good to them. so be aware when you are eating around her and you get up to answer the phone take your food with you. learn from your mistake.

Iguanas should not eat Macaroni! If it was an accidant then just keep a better watch on her.
They should be feed:
45% leafy greens such as escarole, dandelions, endive, mustard, and collards, NO lettuces or spinach! They aren't good for him.
45% hard mixed veggies such as an orange flesh squash the harder the better(acorn,pumpkin,butternut... fresh green beans, fresh peas, parsnip, and green bell peppers, NO broccoli or cauliflower, or avocado!
10% fruit such as figs, papaya, mango, pear, and berries. NO bananas, only very rarely as a treat.
NO ANIMAL PROTEIN such as bugs, meat, eggs, or cheese!
Cage size:
Minimum length (side to side): 2-3 x
Minimum depth (front to back): 1.5-2 x
Minimum height: 1.5-2 x
Temperature:
They need a basking area of 95-100 and normal temps of 75-85. NO heat rocks!
Lights:
They need a 5.0 UV light.
Hydration:
They should also get baths everyday or so. And should have a water bowl in their cage.
Vet:
You should take Your Iguana for regular vet checkups to make sure it is in good health. Reptiles can have internal parasites that can harm them so you should make sure the vet checks that. And if it's a female it will eventually lay eggs with or without mating and could become egg bond and die so you shoud get her spayed.
Here are some good sites, the first one was recomended by my vet.

Don't worry. Your Iguana should be fine.. I have never fed any of mine Mac and Cheese but have had some mooch an egg McMuffin with cheese or others that have enjoyed Butter ring pastry. I had a spiny Iguana that loved certain toxic plants and I had to keep it away from them. Most of the time they will "lick" the item they want to eat first and then decide if it might be worth eating.
