What are some moves that have been performed throughout history in order to involve and excite crowds? Any good ways of interacting with audiences and maintaining stage raps? I'm interested in rock n' roll overall, but any tips on stagecraft will do!

Ohh..well, theres always the
"Helllloooo_____!"(insert state/city/group) and you can throw in the "are you readyyy to roooockkkk!?"

throwing your water(probably bottled) onto the crowd below you.

quieting your voice at certain choruses to allow audience to sing.

crying during uber-emotional songs.

allowing audience members to get on stage and sing with you.

theres plenty.
