here is the thing, I've recently lost ALOT of weight and while I am perfectly happy where Im at I have had coments from people going both ways. "How much more are you going to lose? You are getting to skinny!" and "I thought you were on a diet, why are you eating that?" I am within a healthy weight range, I just wounder if people will always make these coments no matter how fat or skinny i am.

karbare I did it the old fashion way it took me over a year but with weight wachers and lots of exercise I did it! I lost 30lbs in the first 3 months after that it slowed down..

There is no pleasing some people, you will just have to let it roll off. I have been on both ends of it. For a time, people said I looked too skinhy, then I was too fat.
Just do what feels right for you, they really don't matter.

Too fat is when you have to buy two tickets on an airplane. Good on you for losing weight. Just have a look at old photos if you want to know how far you've come. And remember it's how YOU feel that counts, so screw what other people say. But don't go overboard, there is such a thing as too skinny. Maybe see a dietician to find out exactly how heavy you should be. Good luck.

Don't listen to them. You got to be at a certain weight to stay healthy. If you don't eat you can become anorexic and I've seen it and it's NOT pretty. Remember to eat healthy. You can eat regular portions as long as it's healthy. Don't listen to people cause they will demoralize you. You've come this far adn you deserve a hand. Now stop acting upon their comments and become the new person they are seeing. Oh and to answer "how fat is too fat?" I'd say, you're too fat if you can take enough fat out of you to fill a commercial deep fryer.

people seem to always judge u no matter where u are. be happy with yourself regardless of what anyone says. your losing weight to please yourself, be healthier and have better self esteem. your the only one that matters in the end so just be happy the way u are. if u want to lose more weight, do it in a healthy manner and i would say screw anyone who says anything about it.

They stop when you get a man. Then, they flail on you for how screwed up your man is cuz they wanted to make a move, and instead did the Scarecrow while a "buster" got your love.

I think unless you are skin and bones, people will comment like that. Don't worry though. Ignore those idiots and you will be just fine! Well done in losing all that weight!

They will always make comments but luckily you can ignore them. Good for you by the way. And fat is too fat when you can't see your feet anymore.

the point is to be healthy and HAPPY with yourself!
im not particularly thin but its my self esteem im working on to love my body for what it is! and guess what i have great friends and noone wouldnt be friends with me bec of my weight!
