any substitute for this IC 74HC4017?

Im a student taking up BSECE. i will be submitting a project and have found a simple project called the LED sequencer wherein ill be using a IC 74HC4017 and a NE555 timer. my problem is that the said IC the 74HC4017 is nowhere to be found here in the philippines so can anyone suggest me any substitute to this IC???

You can substitute it for any of the 74xx4017 (read the app notes /specs to make sure you are using it in the correct implementation.)

Or do a search for "Decade Counter / Divider" and compare the results with the '4017.
