if it's bad enough and it's affecting how i'm talking (i work in a call center). or i call in sick if i slept in too late or i just really don't want to go in. (:

No way. I go in sick so all my coworkers can catch my cold. That way, when I get better, they'll all be out sick and I don't have to deal with the damn fools for a couple of days.

depends on how bad the cold is. if it is respiratory then yah maybe. drink lots of water and dont smoke if this is the case and go tot the dr right away or it can turn into Phenomonia or Bronchitis. believe me , i know!

Not unless it is REALLY bad. Otherwise I just put on a mask while I am at work. I don't want my clients sick. They are compromised enough already.
