Thats going back a bit. I had one - it was red, had yellow records and was mechanical and I think it was manufactured by Fisher Price. I haven't seen any new ones on the market although portable, battery operated 'CD' ones are available for about a fiver.
Try car boot sales, local charity auctions, charity shops or contact Fisher Price directly.
Alternatively try the website 'freecycle' - Unfortunatley I do not have the full address but I'm sure that you can find it. On the site you can register your 'wants' and what you want to get 'rid of'. Registration to the site is by your post code and your e-mail address and no cash is involved.
Hope this helps and good luck.

A bit of history.
4" records for Kiddiphone players were pressed by Oriole Records back in the 60's. I have a photo of an operator pressing one. Haven't seen them for many years but there has probably been a more recent version.

The Fisher Price one? I had that, I remember one disc played "London Bridge is Falling Down". They made great anti-sibling projectiles, too. Might still get one at a car boot sale, or something.
