He's kinda crammed in the middle right area of your computer, next to the exhaust, but above the USB ports. Sometimes, if you listen reeeeal hard on certain nights, you can hear him complaining about users going over their hard disk quotas.

If you're on a shared PC then you may not have an Administrator account. If you have access to this, you can check it out in Control Panel -> User accounts. It will show you the type of account you have and the read/write/execute priveleges. If you dont have enough priveleges for something you need to do you need to contact someone who has an administrator account, ie, the network or system administrator of your system.

U need to put this in the Computer section.
But you need to boot in safe mode, then sign into the admin accoutn. NO PASSWOR NEEDED.
And then you can do what you want?
