Think of a number that when you substituted it to n, its lowest term will be 1 or the value of n should be equal to its denominator so that its lowest term is one. and it is the number 7.
2/3 * 7/7 = 2/3 since 7/7 is equal to 1, it is like multiplying 2/3 to one and it'll be equal to itself.
