lol not a lot. I have to actually WANT to do something to get it done. For something boring like going to the shops or paying bills a valid excuse is, "I can't today, I'm in the middle of a book."
Things to do with morals and values and taking care of people I don't have a problem with though. Because of what I just said about how I have to WANT to do it. I WANT to help people and I DON'T WANT to hurt them so things like 'will I flirt with someone in a relationship?', 'will I lie to my friend?', 'will I buy clothes made in sweatshops' are easy decisions for me to make and easy to resist.

I gave up smoking with a fight but ask me to give up chocolate and I just couldn't. I think it depends on what you're trying to resist.

I have plenty of will power when it comes to the word No Good and my parents trained me since I was very young and I never get myself into any problem.It is very sad that we have so many problems when it comes to the question of will power.

Biting my nails, and Chinese food! Yet I have given up smoking for 19 months now and have vowed never to touch another cigarette again. I think I found it easier to give up smoking because I fell pregnant, and now I want to be healthier for my 12 month old son and live longer for him.
