My parents cleaned and redecorated my apartment and made it really nice while I was at treatment for an eating disorder. It was so nice on their part because it was not easy for them to see how I lived, but it showed in a way that they still accepted me and loved me though I had problems. Just their genuine support and love and encouragement is the nicest thing anyone has done. Also their forgiveness is just amazing.

We were playing Super Mario Bros., my boyfriend and I. And I had lost a lot of lives trying to beat Bowser's castle on the last level. When I was down to one life, I remember throwing the joystick on the floor and yelling out profanities to the television.

Then my boyfriend looked at me with an expression of hope and he says, "Babe you can have three of my lives and try again. ", I knew then that we were meant to be. It was one of the nicest things anyone had ever done for me!

I was in 8th grade on an over night ski trip about a hundred years ago, we were in the hall of the Hotel, one of my friends asked this big HUGE guy who was drinking a beer (about 26 years old) if he could sell us some beer, the guy turns and looks at me with this "PCP" glaze in his eye and says "I'm going to (%@) kill you" and starts running at me, I nearly had a heart attack, All of a sudden another huge guy appears (I never saw these people before in my life) in front of me saying "Leave the kid alone", and grabs the guy, as they both go crashing through a glass door, i just ran down the stairs as fast as I could, and locked and barricaded my door.
