Put a circle around it. That keeps the bad luck inside. The circle is strong because it is made from pie.

I have never heard that before. Interesting.....
Anyways if you were really worried about it you could add a small number one to the end of the number in a color that matches your house. This way from the road your address still seems correct. Maybe one of those little magnetic numbers kids put on the fridge glued of with a small finishing nail. it would make a good converstaion piece when people come to call on you. Hope this helps! The number four is only considered unlucky in countries where the word for four sounds similar to the word for death, specifically China and Japan.
Folks in other places have never noticed that four is luckier or unluckier than other digits.

Don't worry about that, it is superstition. It 's more important how the people behave who live there, if they are loving and caring and thoughtful.
