Or you could just goto India (different parts have different days) but kite flying is more than a hobby. It is war, it is a passion. The idea is simple, keep your kite in the sky the longest. It is not the mundane type where you just stand there and look at your kite soar. It is a dog eat dog world out there on kite flying days.

Being high negates all the fun from flying a kite. You actually need to be "awake" to fly a kite.
