I've never seen a waterproof side panel that big before.Normally side storage is used by glaziers for large sheets of glass.

Suggest you use 16 guage alluminium, and use either 2" x 1" timber as frame, or bend alluminium for edges. This, coupled with a good quality flexible sealant, should do the job.
Alluminium sheets are usually 8'x4' but 10'x5' are (were) available.

dont know any specific manufacturer if there is any but you can get one custom made its going to be just like the racks but weatherthigth .
