If you mean memory to store game saves and demos, you can buy a Memory card or a Harddisk.
If you intend to buy a memory card, wait a bit. Soon Microsoft will sell a 512 MB Memory card, and lower the price for the current 64 MB card.

Furthermore, the 512 MB card will have Geometry Wars installed for a limited time.
