It is available however not legally so unless you personally know the person who brought it (i.e., family member) I would NOT recommend taking it. You have no idea the safety of the medicine or if it is real. Furthermore if you have a bad reaction to the drug, medical personnel may not help you (sad, but true).
There are other medicinal solutions that are legal and therefore safer.
