Pokemon games have been released on the Gameboy/Color, GBA, N64, Gamecube, and NDS.

I will take a wild guess and say that you want to play Pokemon Diamond or Pearl for the NDS. Unfortunately, the emulators aren't all that great. For GB/C/A, I would recommend VisualBoy Advance, for N64, try Project64, for Gamecube, try Dolphin, and if you really want to try a NDS emulator, try DeSmuMe.

Now for games. For N64 and Gameboy/Color ROMS, go to
http://www.coolrom.com/. E-mail me for GBA and NDS ROMS. For Gamecube ISOs, you'll need to find a BitTorrent client and a torrent hosting them. They're illegal, so they would be hard to find.
