I have to construct a house on 252 sq yds plot in India pl suggest me some good designs?

I have one plot of 35feetinto 65feet length now I am to construct a good residential house for which I have to find out some good maps to start construction of the same

Most house here are bigger than that. You will have to do a 2 story home.
