There is a web site called
www.agentcampus.com/colorado-real-estate.cfm
it lists all the requirements to obtain a Realtors licence in Colorado You must get a brokers licence to work as a broker and you must have your Realtors licence first. As for income of either of them you can make millions or you can earn minimum wage. It is a commission job and the harder you work the more chance you have of succeeding. As someone starting out you should work with a company they will be able to give you leads for sales. and people contact the companies when deciding to sell or buy a home.

Real estate is tough but very rewarding!

95% of all people that get into it in the 1st year fail!

Usually it is from bad or worst - no advice on how to become successfull.

Find a successfull agent and get thier advice.

Most agents only sell 5 homes per year - I think the average is under $40k. But successfull agents make a six figure income.
