Don't buy the LIfan. There are 4 people I know personally who have bought one and EVERY ONE OF THEM says they wish they had never heard of Lifan.

"Cheap junk" is how they describe Lifan.

Now, granted, Lifan may have improved in the last year or so. But it would be wise to wait until that improvement has been proven before buying.

Go with a Japanese, or European bike. It'll cost more, but then you won't be buying a new bike every few months either.

Nope. simply by fact the posters right here unanimously be responsive to, the recommendations of high quality and ruggedness completely elude the chinese language. i've got been residing in China for the greater effective area of a 300 and sixty 5 days and function offered some low tech needs including shoes, stationery, and an umbrella presently. All of their stuff wears out in checklist time or is improper from the beginning up. With this in concepts, what form of motorbikes do you think of the chinese language are making? specific, i presumed so. decide on jap or eu manufacturers. The eastern motorcycles are the terrific value for the money, imo.

Bad. They have a reputation as "disposible motorcycles." Brake problems, engine problems, poor valve train and block machining. Cheapest bikes around, and it seems you get what you pay for. There are some decent Chinese-made motorcycles (like the 5-Star copies of the old BMW 750s) but this isn't one of them.

Very poor, basically. "Cheap and Nasty" comes to mind.
