I'd use 21th century weapons. tranquilizers nets SEAL tactes...what ever it took.
the only problem is keeping it.
and I would not unless I had to, because I'd rether let it free.

1. Neither, because both is interferring with the dragon's free will. I would let it remain where it is, but visit it often.
2. It's wrong to kill or capture. (ignore my yahoo Nickname, I thought it was cool at one point) Dragons are around for a reason...figure out the reason.
3. I love dragons...don't let the nickname fool ya.

Reason: Lets see......its a powerful creature with magical powers etc and it breathes fire ok, so I will capture it and become it's master, obviously we have to develop a kind of bond and then we will go out and destroy all the evil out there, oh yes and we would have to enter all the dragon flying competitions!!! oh yes other people would have dragons too!!!!!

Capture. It would be more useful to have a dragon than kill one. In fact, me and my new pet dragon would work together to fight and kill other dragons. As for XP, you get it for winning the encounter, not killing...
