Yes they do.
The night heron's eyes especially which is awake a night hunter. This phenomenon helps them to make the best utilisation of the minimum available resource (light).
Even during the day, if you could direct a light on the birds' eyes, they reflect like a mirror.

only if the light hits the eye at the correct angle.their eyes do not have a light source so, it doesn't shine.
