MILF stands for "Mother I'd Like to F*ck". The term originated in the movie "American Pie", where two guys use it to refer to Stifler's mom, who is older, a mother, but still hot.
In porn labelled as MILF, it will most likely refer to an older, more mature woman who less resembles a porn star and more a housewife or mother, but of course is still relatively attractive.
