I am laughing my self senseless on this one. Actually, inbred may help that lot. I think there was a bit too much taken from the ooze at bottom of the gene pool to create the likes of a certain Commander Pratgit and his loyal subjects

It's not the result of inbreeding, it's a result of names being popular in a particular region.

That is just an incorrect stereotype. I know far more people living in what's termed "redneck terroritory" with names just as normal as people living in non-redneck terroritory.

"Bubba" is mostly just a nickname, and means "brother".
