It usually does, but you can delete it later under temp folder.

It depends on what type of video you are viewing. If its a Flash movie, there is no way for your computer to save its footprints and view it later on, however if you are viewing a mpeg, avi or wmv format movie, it will save it to the Documents and Settings/Owner/ Local Settings/ Temp internet files folder.
If you want to know if you are downloading a flash movie or not, right click on the movie as you view it, if there is no option to save it, then chances are you are viewing a flash movie.

yes it willl be saved and u will be able to watch it again and again
