line paint is a very durable enamel.you dont take it off,you paint over it with Black-Out.you can also cover it with asphalt sealer.not the clear stuff,the black tar-like stuff.its waterborne and easy to apply.just use a squeegie like at the gas pump.pour it directly on the asphalt and spread it evenly.if i aboslutely had to remove it,id use a drill with a wire brush attachment,or a tiger torch.chemicals wont do it,trust me.ask about sealer at a reputble paint store (General Paint)

High pressure water is commonly used to remove the krylon paint. Another solution which has been around for years is to use muratic acid....available at most hardware stores.
