Options:
1. You could rent a car at the airport. There are several major companies.
2. A cab would probably run at least $30 and take about 30 minutes. There are taxi desks in the airport, at the far left and right corners of the front of the terminal building. You have to pre-pay.
3. Centro (public bus service) has an (infrequent) airport shuttle to downtown. You can transfer to the route to OCC. See www.centro.org for schedules. Although inconvenient, the price is right...$1.
