NO laporoscphy doesnt help PCOS> Lapscophy is to look inside, tak biopsies, help remove growths, endometrious, diagnose various diseases etc. Take pctures of the insides. Not to diagnose PCOS.

No, laparoscopy will not help PCOS. PCOS is an endocrine disorder which have symptoms that are manageable by medication for some and some diet along with medication and yet others diet alone.

The laparoscopy like the other poster said is to look for things like endometriosis (which is also common along with PCOS, I have both). If you suspect that you may have endometriosis too then that's when you want to have the laparoscopy done so that the endometriosis that is there can be removed as much as possible to improve chances of getting pregnant.
