My sister swore by lemon drops (the candy). It was the only thing that worked for her.

When I had my morning sickness i ate tons of crackers, I also had goldfish crackers. Those seemed to help me more than crackers. Everyone is different when she starts feeling sick maybe have her get fresh air that one helped me out a lot. Wish you both the best of luck with the baby. As long as she has her familys support its all that matters dont listen to stupid people saying shes young. I"m 19 and a single mother but i couldnt have dont anything without my family.

saltine crackers did nothing for me, in fact they made me throw up. it's different for everyone. i could tell you from my personal experience that i tried ginger ale, crackers, apples, preggie pops(they made me throw up even more) basically i tried so many things an after awhile i noticed that the only thing that would calm my sickness for a bit were strawberries (sometimes) at the beginning of my pregnancy, towards the end of it ( i dealt with morning sickness and throwing up all nine months, i even felt dizzy and threw up the day i had my baby) i chewed on this tablets that are similar to TUMS i bought thm at a local 99cents store. i regularly chewed on them and i felt they helped alot and above that they provided me with a lot of calcium because thats what antacids like tums and similar tablets contain. try to give her something thats cold because that helped also when i ate the strawberries (they were cold) sometimes practically frozen. i really hope she finds something to cure her morning sickness and hopefully doesn't go through what i did. I WISH YOU BOTH THE BEST OF LUCK!!!!

First i don't understand why you would allow your 12yr old to be pregant? (not trying to judge you but WOW)

Second try Flat lemonade and crackers in the morning also there is ginger tablets (there used for people who get air/car/boat sickness) you can get from the chemist there all herbal and i used them when i was pregant.

Third great fresh ginger into a cup of bowling water let sit for 10min then strain do that at least 3times a day.
Hope that helps

I find if I can get up in the morning and get something light to eat straight away the sickness is eased. Light meals often and plenty of fresh air helps too.

It can all bein the mind sometimes so if you can take her mind off it she might find it's not as bad as she thought!

Being overtired always makes my sickness worse so in these first few months plenty of rest and lots of cuddles off mum will go a long way.

I heard eating a few crackers every hour or so helps. Apparently there's always supposed to be something in your stomach, even if it's not much.

Sorry you're getting negative comments.
Maybe next time you shouldn't mention your daughter's age?

When my mom was pregnant with my sister the doctor told her that is was a B6 defficiency. Have her talk to her doctor about that and see what dosage he/she says would be the best to balance the problem.
