She loves the "Gladiator" type movies and doesn't seem to object to the movie style violence in these movies. But is there any prolonged sex scenes in 300, its very uncomfortable to see that with your mother. Ive had past expieriences with Leaving Las Vegas when I was 15 with my mother....euukkk

I wouldn't feel uncomfortable watching it with mother.
There are a lot of breasts and nipples and beheadings, but it should be fine.

It amazes me that parents are okay with their child seeing heads blown off and people killed, but have problems with sex scenes. It's like sex is bad, but violence and gore is great. Bring the kids. To answer the question, it all depends on the child and the parent's maturity.

Trust me. There are no prolonged sex scenes in this movies. In fact, I think this would've been better if they had extended the sex scenes.

I would not feel comfortable seeing this movie with my mother.
It is rated by the MPAA:Rated R for graphic battle sequences throughout, some sexuality and nudity.

the official rating says Rated R for graphic battle sequences throughout, some sexuality and nudity. But hey, if she likes that stuff (sword fights not boobs) it should be ok
