i was thinkin about going to Amsterdam for obvious getting wasted reasons, but please tell me if yous have any suggestions, thanks.

Grasshopper may I suggest Japan. Try the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo. Be sure to visit Edo Castle. Japan has much to offer you.

Barcelona - amazing clubs, beautiful people, will probably be warmer than the UK (if that's where you are from),fantastic city all round.
Prague - not as cheap as it was, probably better places for value for money on the beer front - Talinn, Latvia, Estonia etc lots of cheap flights to these places too.
Hamburg, Germany - check out the Raperbahn (not sure that's how you spell it), glittering mile of strip clubs and crazy bars
Ibiza - hits the clubs and the beach (if you're brave - it might be warm enough!)
Or some fab cities in the UK for boozy/clubby long weekends: London/Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool/Edinburgh/Birmingham/Newquay.
Or why not venture to the Emerald Isle - and check out Dublin........

I would go for Amsterdam. Safe, legal, and chances are you will get no socially transmitted things other than a super large high from all the extra smoke floating about.

Amsterdam would be a great choice for obvious reasons! if not, maybe you could try Prague, it's meant to be brill and caters for loads of stag weekends. The beer is supposed to be dead cheap too, literally pence for pints of mega strong beer!

Germany if looking for the female company... theres is far better and the girls far better off.
Or Go for the full moon parties in thailand and scuba dive with sharks around koh toh island (next door to koh phanyang)
And play with tigers (yes Im serious and sober well treated ones) at the temple of the tigers. lots of websites on this.

You should try Prague it's far better than Amsterdam. Alot cheaper all round so more cash to spend on other entertainment !
