When will the BBC start their "On-Demand" services?

Can you find a date or approximate launch time cause I can't?

"On demand" requires part of the frequency spectrum. It has only just been decided that the spectrum freed up by switching to digital radio will be auctioned off to on-demand services, radio microphones, mobile tv and such. If the BBC don't bid high, I guess the mobile phone companies will!
